THE CHALLENGE
Mary Frances Accessories is a well-known fashion brand in the handbag and accessories industry. They make beautiful handmade beaded bags that are works of art. When I started working with them they were struggling to be seen on Instagram. Their engagement and account reach was low, they didn't have a strong profile aesthetic, and they were looking to increase website reach and sales through this platform. They were also looking for support to maintain their Facebook presence (as well as other social media platforms) and launch their new influencer program.
THE SOLUTION
I created and implemented a new social media strategy that helped them increase their account reach by up to 134.24%, increased sales by up to 245.163%, and created a solid profile aesthetic.
THE RESULT
Below are just some of the results from my work:
• 134.24% increase of accounts reached in a period of 9 months on Instagram. When I started working with them they were reaching up to 71,000 accounts monthly. With the new strategy I created and implemented, we reached up to 195,000 accounts monthly.
• Increase of 10K new followers on Instagram in less than 9 months.
• Increase in profile website tabs by 200.421% (2,000 per month) on both Instagram and Facebook.
• Over 45,000 website clicks from both Instagram and Facebook boots/ads in a period of 9 months.
• Increase of 245.163% in sales from Instagram.
• Increase of 40% in sales from Facebook.
• New Influencer program produced over $17,000 in revenue as well as increased our followers and likes on our account.
• Increased likes (in individual reels/posts) by up to 2,000 and engagement by up to 125%.

INFLUENCER & CELEBRITY COLLABORATIONS
In addition to creating and implementing a new social media strategy and content creation, I also managed the company's influencer program. I worked directly with celebrities like American TV personality/professional wrestler Nikki Bella as well as actor, Garrett Clayton and American businesswoman, Randi Zuckerberg.
I also worked directly with other influencers to create content that produced over $17,000 in revenue as well as increasing our followers and likes on our account.
