THE CHALLENGE
Ananda Center at Laurelwood (a nonprofit) is a yoga and retreat center near Portland, Oregon. They're an extension of Ananda Worldwide. They were looking to start promoting their internship programs and retreat center to increase revenue. The only problem was they didn't have a set brand or any promotional materials. My job was to come up with a brand design they could use in their marketing and create marketing materials to get the word out about their center.

THE SOLUTION
After doing research about the organization and getting feel for the center, I created a design that was earthy, elegant, and clean. The colors were inspired by their logo and website - as well as the nature that surrounded the retreat center. With this idea, I designed a rack card, ads, and flyers.

THE RESULTS
Management and the Anada community were very pleased with the outcome. The rack cards were distributed all over Portland, Oregon including Portland State University, libraries, local book shops, and other community centers. The ads and flyers were published in local magazines, email marketing, online retreat websites, and on social media.
