THE CHALLENGE
Vox Profero (previously known as The Vox Collective and Latinvox) is a Hispanic advertising agency based out of New York. During my time with them, they had opened a location in San Francisco California and had acquired the Macy's West account. 
Each month the agency provided Macy's with a newsletter that showcased the new trends in the Hispanic market. These trends supported the agency and Macy's with ideas for advertising campaigns (print and commercials) that were relatable to the market. I was tasked with conducting research that would be included in these newsletters.   

THE SOLUTION 
To meet this goal I supported the agency with field research, supported in focus groups, interviewed a newly Quinceañera, and conducted online research.
